Dr. Jennifer S. Berna, PhD
Honorary Advisory Board Member

Dr. Jennifer S. Berna, PhD has over 40 years experience in the professional fields of teacher education, health education and health promotion. Dr. Berna holds MS degrees in (school) Health Education and (community/agency) Guidance and Counseling, and a PhD conferred at UW-Madison in Adult and Continuing Education (emphasis distance learning). Her dissertation earned a Scholarship in Teaching and Learning (SOTL) inaugural award; a recent published article was in Global Advances in Health and Medicine – “Wellness Outcomes in the Case of a Diabetic Native American Male” (2013; 2(4)58-63). Jenny is highly skilled in community and classroom settings, hybrid courses, and online teaching. In her previous role as an adjunct graduate faculty, her online teaching expertise includes Adult Developmental Psychology, Research Foundations, and Qualitative Research.


Her credentials include MCHES, CPHWC and NBC-HWC certifications as an Advanced Health and Wellness Coach and licensed provider of Wellcoaches® Self Coaching model for positive life change. Jenny delivers workshops in a creative, engaging and interactive way and incorporates curiosity, humor, metaphor, and music to experiential teaching-learning approaches. Jenny guides graduate candidates to “Balance Life” while in their thesis or dissertation or other writing endeavors to become published scholars. Jenny takes great pleasure in editing young scholars’ writing and provides supportive coaching via Skype or Zoom meetings, emails, phone texts, and consult calls.


Jenny’s leisure pursuits have included refinishing antique furniture and needlework. Currently, she renews her spirit by walking her two rescue dogs, gardening, sewing, and delighting in her grandkids’ antics and growth experiences.

Dr. Seth Akhilele

Seth Akhilele obtained a Ph.D in Organizational leadership from Regent University, an MBA from Business School Netherlands, and a B Sc. in Microbiology from Bayero University, Kano. Dr. Seth Akhilele is the DG. of Followership Development Institute (FDi) and DG. J and J Integrated Konsult Ltd. He is also a national development & empowerment expert and a purpose mentor. He peer reviews for IGBR journals.

Muhammad Mohsan Ishaque
International Student

Muhammad "Mohsan" is currently a PhD research scholar, department of education, university of Gujrat, Pakistan. He is currently collecting data through a self-developed moral authority scale for his research dissertation titled Evaluation of Moral Authority of School Leadership: Moral Strengths and Challenges. He teaches BEd. (Hons) masters' classes as visiting faculty in the department of education, University of Gujrat, Pakistan. He continues to provide research lectures to BEd students BEd through Allama Iqbal Open University, Islamabad, Pakistan. He has also worked as co-supervisor of many M.Phil research scholars. His areas of interest are test development, analysis of test, instrument development, attitude, leadership, measurement and assessment, morals, and standardized testing. He has presented three research papers and participated in four international conferences. He published one research paper in the HEC recognized research journal in category 'Y' and is Scopus indexed. Two research papers are forthcoming for peer review and publishing.

Dr. Julie Conzlemann (Dr. Jules), a faculty member at the Jack Welch Management Institute, is an accomplished, inspirational, and empowering entrepreneur, business leader, copyeditor, mentor, teacher, public speaker, journal reviewer, and author. She earned her doctorate in management at University of Phoenix, Copyeditor's Certification from U.C. San Diego, and is a candidate to sit for the Board of Editors in the Life Sciences (BELS) exam, as she continues to provide editorial and publication guidance to scholars and authors. Dr. Richard Bame (Dr. Rick)
Honorary Advisory Board Member

Dr. Richard Bame (Dr. Rick), a first-generation college student, born in Amityville, Long Island, NY, yes the town with the Amityville Horror (no relation). He moved to South Florida at the age of 5 and grew up in a small town called Lighthouse Point. He is an avid sportsman (played football, wrestled, and ran track) and fan of the South Florida teams (Miami Dolphins, Miami Hurricanes, Miami Marlins and the Miami Heat).  He joined the U.S. Navy in 1983 and served for 21 years on Submarines and an Electrician in Nuclear Power and as an instructor. He has many fascinating sea stories to tell. In his free time, he plays golf, takes his lovely wife (Kay) to dinner, and enjoys working on his home. He is a huge home improvement buff and is hopelessly addicted to the HGTV TV shows. He has four rescue dogs Penny (Havanese), Charlie (Glen of Imaal Terrier), Millie (Bassett Hound), and Bailey (Schnauzer)) and five freshwater planted tanks that provide hours of enjoyment.


Dr. Bame currently works for the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) as the District Maintenance Asset Contracts Administrator. He manages and executes four multi-million dollar contracts and provides leadership and guidance to a staff of ten. In 2013 he earned his Doctorate in Management (Organizational Leadership) after earning his Master in Business Administration from The University of Phoenix. Dr. Bame teaches courses in Principles of Management, Managing Organizational Change, Leadership, and Organizational Behavior at Southern New Hampshire University and Brenau University. He has over 35 years of experience teaching, editing, authoring, and mentoring between various Universities and the U. S. Navy. In the classroom, he strives to recognize the characteristics of students while treating students as individuals through supporting, nurturing, and utilizing their differences to the class’s advantage. And, most importantly, he has a strong belief that we should enjoy the experience and have some fun as well!

Kellyn Miller

Kellyn Miller graduated in 2005 from Rocky Mountain College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Professional Communication, and has employed her abilities in a variety of settings, to include marketing, healthcare, writing articles for a tourism magazine, and working as assistant editor for Superior Editing Services where she honed her editing skills. Kellyn currently works as a Family Resources Coordinator in early intervention services, assisting families who have children with developmental delays or disabilities.


In her spare time, Kellyn enjoys volunteering at her kids’ schools, learning guitar, and painting. Kellyn lives in the Pacific Northwest with her four children.
